William Travis Steffens

William was raised on a cattle ranch in Colorado and began working in business at a young age. He later built a career in real estate and leadership.

By age 16, William had begun purchasing and renovating properties, which led to a long-term career in real estate and business development.

After hundreds of transactions, personal experiences led William to integrate breathwork into his leadership approach. He went on to found a national real estate investment company and promotes principles of Conscious Capitalism.

He was honored by the President of the United States and invited to the State of the Union Address for work supporting veterans, including housing initiatives and wellness programming.

Today, as CEO of NOVA ViA, William applies his business and wellness experience to organizational leadership and growth.
