Stephanie Jolly

Stephanie Jolly, MS Biochemistry (University of Washington), began her career at Eli Lilly contributing to endocrinology research on receptor activity and growth factor studies.

She later worked as an independent contractor, providing formulation expertise, overseeing lab operations, and supporting research initiatives, including surveys of labs and healthcare facilities in Arizona.

She transitioned into compliance consulting, supporting healthcare organizations with regulatory guidance, licensure, and operational development.

As CCO and Chief Science Officer, Stephanie oversees licensure processes, program development, research, and operations. She holds a CHRC certification and is pursuing additional national certification.

Her expertise includes compliance, research, operations, and organizational development. She supports NOVA ViA in maintaining evidence-based practices and regulatory compliance.
