Michael Grisham

Michael Grisham has worked in the recovery field since 2009, bringing lived experience along with professional expertise to his roles.

He has held roles across private clinical settings, correctional systems, and nonprofit organizations. Positions have included clinic owner, counselor, director, coordinator, and housing provider.

Michael is currently involved in his third startup in the mental health and co-occurring treatment field. His experience supports his advisory role at NOVA ViA. 

His professional background also includes respiratory therapy, personal training, gym ownership, and chaplaincy. 

Michael and his wife volunteer in their community, supporting groups that assist individuals transitioning from addiction, incarceration, homelessness, and human trafficking.
