Dr. Rosa is a healthcare professional with experience in integrative medicine and mental health advocacy.

He oversees ABC Management, a healthcare network of 16 clinics and 9 Federal Injury Centers in Maryland and Virginia, providing multidisciplinary care.

He is Chief Operating Officer of Regional Psychiatry, providing psychiatric care in Florida, Maryland, and Colorado with psychotherapy and education.

He is President of Attune Biopharma, which develops pharmaceutical solutions for recovery, pain management, and mental health technology.

Dr. Rosa is Chair of the Board at Maryland University of Integrative Health and Trustee Emeritus at Northeast College of Health Sciences.

He co-founded 5in5 Inc., which provides wellness training and tools to schools, corporations, the military, and sports organizations.

He is a Fellow of the American Institute of Stress and has advised federal agencies such as DEA, DOJ, FDA, CBP, Homeland Security, and USPS.

His consulting includes research on opioid prescribing and integrating behavioral health into primary care. His work has been published in JMPT. He also chairs the #SameHere Global Mental Health Movement.

He has lectured widely on integrative health and produced documentaries addressing military health and child trafficking.

Dr. Rosa continues to work in prevention, education, and advocacy related to integrative medicine and mental wellness.
