With now 40 years of diverse experience in healthcare, Todd LaPorte leads an integrated health system with six acute-care hospitals, a rehab facility, a behavioral health facility, an extensive footprint of outpatient services (through medical group practices, ambulatory surgery centers, and various forms of urgent care settings), and an array of community services (including a food bank and an anchor role with a community well-being Blue Zones project) .

Patty White is the immediate past president and CEO of Dignity Health St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, Az., a 600-bed, not-for-profit hospital that is nationally recognized center for quality tertiary care, medical education and research. St. Joseph’s is one of the largest hospitals in Dignity Health (now CommonSpirit Health), one of the nation’s largest healthcare systems.

Justin Chase, LMSW, MBA, FACHE is the Chief Executive Officer of Solari Crisis & Human Services and a nationally recognized leader in crisis continuum services and organizational leadership. With over two decades of experience across behavioral health, human services, and child welfare, Justin has served as an executive, behavioral health administrator, systems designer, and direct service provider.
